Ofsted and Our Commitment to Quality

At Illuminate Care and Illuminate You, we are committed to providing safe, nurturing, and high-quality services for children and young people. Our work is regulated and inspected by Ofsted (the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills), the official body responsible for inspecting and monitoring services that care for and educate children and young people in England.

Ofsted is an independent government department that inspects and regulates services to ensure they meet high standards of care, education, and safeguarding. Their role is to ensure children and young people are safe, well cared for, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

  • The effectiveness of leadership and management

Children’s homes must follow Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, ensuring the emotional, physical, and educational development of every child is promoted.

Continuous Improvement Through Regulation

We welcome Ofsted’s oversight and use inspection feedback as a tool for growth and improvement. Our teams are trained in compliance and quality assurance, and we regularly self-audit to maintain the highest standards across all our services.

If you'd like to learn more about our most recent inspections or discuss how our regulated services can support young people in your care, please get in touch.
