At Illuminate Care Group, we provide safe, supportive and empowering day services for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities. Our services are designed to promote independence, wellbeing, confidence and community inclusion, supporting individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
We work in line with CQC expectations and the principles of Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture, ensuring that people are treated with dignity, respect and choice at the heart of everything we do.






Our Adult Day Services (18+)
Our day services offer structured, purposeful and person-centred support, tailored to individual strengths, goals and needs. We provide a welcoming, calm and inclusive environment where adults can develop life skills, build relationships and enhance emotional wellbeing.
Our day services support adults who may:

Have learning disabilities or autism

Experience mental health challenges

Require support with social skills, confidence, or emotional regulation

Be working towards greater independence or community participation
What We Provide - Person-Centred Support
Every individual has a personalised support plan, developed with them and (where appropriate) their families or professionals. Plans focus on strengths, aspirations and outcomes that matter to each person.
Meaningful Activities
We offer a wide range of engaging, purposeful activities, which may include:

Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
Our approach is trauma-informed and therapeutic, supporting emotional regulation, positive coping strategies and resilience in a safe, non-judgemental space.

We actively promote choice, control and independence, helping individuals develop skills that support daily living, employment pathways, education or progression into supported living where appropriate.
