Our services are designed to promote independence, wellbeing, confidence and community inclusion, supporting individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

           Our Adult Day Services (18+)

Our day services offer structured, purposeful and person-centred support, tailored to individual strengths, goals and needs. We provide a welcoming, calm and inclusive environment where adults can develop life skills, build relationships and enhance emotional wellbeing.

Our day services support adults who may:

  • Have learning disabilities or autism

  • Experience mental health challenges

  • Require support with social skills, confidence, or emotional regulation

  • Be working towards greater independence or community participation

What We Provide - Person-Centred Support

Every individual has a personalised support plan, developed with them and (where appropriate) their families or professionals. Plans focus on strengths, aspirations and outcomes that matter to each person.

Meaningful Activities

We offer a wide range of engaging, purposeful activities, which may include:

  • Life skills development (cooking, budgeting, self-care)

  • Emotional wellbeing and confidence-building activities

  • Creative, sensory and therapeutic sessions

  • Social groups and peer interaction

  • Community access, volunteering and local engagement

Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing

Our approach is trauma-informed and therapeutic, supporting emotional regulation, positive coping strategies and resilience in a safe, non-judgemental space.

✔ Independence & Preparation for Adulthood

We actively promote choice, control and independence, helping individuals develop skills that support daily living, employment pathways, education or progression into supported living where appropriate.
