Lighting the way with love-led care, education, and support

At Illuminate Care Group, we provide a comprehensive range of trauma-informed services designed to support children and young people aged 8 to 18 through safe, nurturing, and structured environments. Everything we do is guided by love, connection, and empowerment, helping every young person build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

🌟 Residential Children’s Homes (Ages 8–18)

Our Ofsted-regulated children’s homes offer stable, therapeutic environments for children and young people with complex needs. With fully TCI-trained staff, structured routines, and consistent care, we provide a safe space where young people can heal, grow, and feel a true sense of belonging.

🏠 Supported Accommodation (Ages 16–18)

Our supported accommodation offers a stepping stone to independence, combining 24/7 staff support with bespoke care packages. We work closely with each young person to develop life skills, build emotional resilience, and prepare for adulthood — all within a safe, empowering, and love-led environment.

🎓 Education Provision – Illuminate You

Illuminate You – Learning for Life Lodge and the hideaway are our therapeutic education service for students aged 14–16 who have been excluded or disengaged from mainstream education. We deliver a flexible, student-led curriculum focused on academic progress, emotional well-being, and life skills, with access to therapy and vocational training. Our trauma-informed team nurtures each student’s confidence, helping them find their voice and their future.

Each strand of our service is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, bespoke support, and relationship-based practice.

At Illuminate Care Group, we don’t just provide services — we build brighter futures, one young life at a time.
