Our policies are informed by relevant legislation, including Children’s Homes Regulations, Keeping Children Safe in Education, Working Together to Safeguard Children, and GDPR.
All staff receive comprehensive training and regular updates, ensuring policies are not just documents — but actively lived practices that support safe, consistent, and compassionate care across all our settings.
We believe in being open and transparent. Key policies are available on request for professionals, families, and stakeholders, and can be tailored to individual needs where appropriate.
