Education Provision – Illuminate You Our school, Illuminate You, Lifelong Learning Lodge, is registered with Ofsted as an independent special school for children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Supported Accommodation (16–18 Years Old) From October 2023, Ofsted began formally registering and inspecting supported accommodation providers for 16–18 year olds. Residential Children’s Homes For our residential children’s homes, Ofsted conducts regular inspections to assess: The experiences and progress of children How well children are helped and protected The effectiveness of leadership and management Children’s homes must follow Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, ensuring the emotional, physical, and educational development of every child is promoted.
